By participating in the Shift Spot™ or Mighty Network meeting, you consent to video recording, audio recording and/or photography and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or for any other purpose(s) that The Shift Spot™ LLC, its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deems fit to use. You release The Shift Spot™ LLC owners, staff and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
